After selecting your products in the Product list, you can choose which types of product information, known as attributes, to include in your export from the product list. Attributes represent the specific data fields about your own products and your vendors’ products.
Types of Attributes
In PriceShape, attributes are divided into two main categories:
Own Attributes: Data related to your own products.
Vendor Attributes: Data collected from your vendors and competitors.
In the list below, you can explore all the attributes available for export from the product list.
Own Attributes
Own attributes contain information about your own products.
They are grouped into six categories: IDs, Finance, Groups, Automation, Sales Data, and Others.
IDs
ID attributes uniquely identify your products. Including at least one identifier ensures that data in your output feed can be matched accurately to each product.
ID: Your own internal identifier for each product.
PriceShape ID: A unique ID automatically generated by PriceShape.
GTIN: Global Trade Item Number, a unique product code.
MPN: Manufacturer Part Number, provided by the manufacturer.
SKU: Stock Keeping Unit, your internal inventory code.
Item Group ID: Groups related items together (for variants or sets).
UPI: A unique numerical or text-based identifier (e.g., GTIN, MPN, SKU, or product link).
Finance
Finance attributes provide detailed insights into product pricing, profitability, and performance. They help track the outcomes of your price strategy.
Cost Price: The total cost of producing or acquiring the product.
Price excl. VAT: Product price without VAT.
Price incl. VAT: Product price including VAT.
Sales Price excl. VAT: Discounted sales price excluding VAT.
Sales Price incl. VAT: Discounted sales price including VAT.
Gross Margin: Profit margin percentage after subtracting costs.
Gross Profit: Total revenue minus the cost of goods sold.
Suggested Retail Price: Manufacturer’s recommended selling price.
Average Price: Mean price across all vendors offering the same product.
Filtered Average Price: The mean price calculated after applying filters.
Manual Price: A price manually entered in your product list.
Lowest Price Last N Days: The lowest price observed within a selected time period.
Price Position: Ranking of your product compared to competitor prices.
New Price excl. VAT: The new price determined by your pricing strategy (excluding VAT).
New Price incl. VAT: The new price determined by your pricing strategy (including VAT).
Suggested New Price excl. VAT: A suggested new price pending approval (excluding VAT).
Suggested New Price incl. VAT: A suggested new price pending approval (including VAT).
Median Price: The midpoint price where half are higher and half are lower.
Filtered Median Price: The median price calculated after applying filters.
Custom Finance Attribute: A finance-related field mapped from your input feed.
Automation
Automation attributes are generated attributes in Priceshape.
Price Leader Since: The date when your product became the market’s lowest-priced item.
Price Lead Shared Since: The date since your product has shared the lowest price position with others.
Price Strategy: The specific pricing strategy applied to the product.
New Gross Margin: The recalculated gross margin based on your latest pricing strategy. This attribute is only available if the product has a new price attribute or if the suggested new price on the product card has been accepted.
New Gross Profit: The recalculated gross profit after applying your pricing strategy. This attribute is only available if the product has a new price attribute or if the suggested new price on the product card has been accepted.
Minimum Price Range: The lowest allowed price range set in your strategy.
Maximum Price Range: The highest allowed price range set in your strategy.
Dynamic Tag: Your dynamic tag that changes automatically based on defined conditions or triggers applied to your products.
Groups
Grouping attributes categorizes your products into logical sets or segments.
Brand: The product’s brand name.
Product Type: The general type or classification of the product.
Custom Group Attributes: A group-related field mapped from your input feed.
Sales Data
Sales Data is an attribute accessible only if you integrate your sales data into PriceShape. Sales attributes provide insights into product performance and user behavior.
Page Views Last Week: Number of times the product page was viewed in the past week.
Items Sold Last Week: Number of units sold in the past week.
Unique Sales Last Week: Number of unique sales transactions in the past week.
Items Added to Cart Last Week: Number of times the product was added to a cart.
Conversion Rate: Percentage of page visitors who made a purchase.
Cart Conversion Rate: Percentage of cart additions that resulted in purchases.
Days on Hand: Estimated number of days the current stock will last based on recent sales.
Last Sale Time: Date and time of the most recent sale.
Others
The “Others” category contains additional product-related data fields.
New Price Start Date: The date when a new price becomes active.
Suggested New Price At: The date when a suggested new price was generated.
Triggered Exception: shows which pricing rule exception, can't match, or no vendor, the new price was triggered by.
New Price End Date: The date when the current price ends.
Product Title: The product’s title or name.
Number of Matches: The number of vendor matches found for the product.
VAT: The product’s VAT percentage.
Stock Quantity: The number of units available in stock.
Shipping Price: The product’s delivery or shipping cost.
Inventory Values: The total inventory value for the product based on stock and cost.
URL: The product’s website or landing page link.
Image URL: The image link used to display the product.
Stock Status: Indicates whether the product is in stock or out of stock.
PriceShape URL: Direct link to the product’s page in PriceShape.
Geotarget: The geographic region or market assigned to the product.
Own Custom Attributes (Text or Dates): Any custom text or date-based attributes you have mapped from your input feed.
Vendor Attributes
Vendor attributes are the data points PriceShape collects about your vendors.
Domain: The vendor’s website domain.
Source: The source from which the product data is collected.
Last Updated At: The date and time when the vendor data was last updated.
Market Position: The vendor’s current ranking position within the market.
Name: The vendor’s name as displayed in PriceShape.
Previous Price: The vendor’s most recent previous price before the latest change.
Price: The vendor’s current product price.
Price Position: The vendor’s ranking based on price among vendors.
Price excl. VAT: The vendor’s price excluding VAT.
Price with Shipping: The total price including shipping costs, if shipping costs are available.
Product Rating: The vendor’s product rating or review score, if available.
Price Difference (%): The percentage difference between your product price and the vendor’s.
Quantity: The available quantity or stock level from the vendor.
Shipping Cost: The vendor’s delivery or shipping fee, if available.
Stock Status: The vendor’s stock availability (in stock or out of stock).
Marketplace "Buy button": Appears only if a marketplace feed is added to your account.
