If you want to create an output feed that only contains your products and data information from a specific vendor within a marketplace feed (for example amazon.it:amazon.it), you can do this by filtering on the specific vendor and selecting Static Vendor Key.

This allows you to export only the products sold by a specific seller on the marketplace.

⚠️ This setup only applies to output feeds with the file type CSV.

Step 1: Create a new output feed

  1. Go to Feeds → Output feeds.

  2. Click Create output feed.

  3. In Step 1 – General details, select CSV as the file type.

  4. In Step 2 – Product selection, apply the filter:
Feed is [the name of your marketplace feed].

Step 2: Add a vendor filter

To limit the feed to a specific vendor, you need to add a vendor filter under

Vendor attributes in Step 3 – Product attributes.

  1. Toggle on the Vendor attribute.

  2. In the Filters section, add a new filter.

  3. Select Vendor is [vendor domain], for example, amazon.it:amazon.it.

  4. Select the option Static Vendor Keys

This ensures that the output feed only contains products from the selected vendor.

⚠️ Remember to toggle on the Vendor attribute, otherwise the vendor data will not be included in the feed.

Step 3: Select the static vendor key

When setting up the filter, make sure to select Static Vendor Key.

The Static Vendor Key ensures that the vendor value remains consistent and correctly matches the vendor in the marketplace feed. This prevents mismatches that can occur if the vendor value changes dynamically.

Step 4: Save and activate the feed

  1. Review your feed configuration.

  2. Click Save to create the output feed.

Your output feed will now only include your products and their data information from the selected vendor within the marketplace feed (for example amazon.it:amazon.it).
