A feed is a way to send product information. It is a file that consists of a list of your products and all data information you have about the products you sell. It is how data/product information is most commonly moved in and out of PriceShape.

Our feed section contains two types of feeds, input and output feed, used to import or export product information/data in the platform.

Input feed

The input feed is the data source (file) and is a way of sending your product data/information to Priceshape. It is more or less duplicated product information from the Shop system - the input feed is an export from the Shop system - It should contain product information like price, title, brand, ID, cost-price, etc.

Output feed

The PriceShape output feed is a duplicate of all the available data within PriceShape. it is a way to export and send product data with the chosen attributes and PriceShape information to your shop system/data store. This information is extracted by the Shop system which now overwrites the product prices in the backend.
